Otonti Nduka Foundation for Values Education in collaboration with the Rivers State University Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt is planning to hold on 13th November, 2025 a major National Conference with the theme: TRENDS and Challenges in Upholding Values in Nigeria. Our aim is to use the conference as a forum for Nigerians from all walks of life:
“To mutually interrogate ourselves with particular reference to the national values landscape and collectively reset the compass of the society’s ethical and values system generally.”
Otonti Nduka Foundation for Values Education was launched on May, 2006. The purpose of the foundation is:
“To revitalize the moral fibre of the Nigerian society through the enunciation, inculcation, propagation and dissemination of appropriate positive values capable of sustaining a modern, democratic, scientifically-oriented, multi-ethnic, multi-religious plural society.”
The Foundation was incorporated as a Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) on 3d April, 2007 by the Corporate Affairs Commission with the Registration No. 23474. The current Board of Trustees is as follows:

(D) Administration and Miscellaneous:
- Conference coordination and management: N2,500,000
- Transportation and accommodation: ₩30,000,000

Total Budget: N99,973,000.
The attached documents provide some details concerning the agenda and purview of the Conference. The cost implication of the Conference and follow-up programmes is estimated at N100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Naira Only) Nigerians from all walks of life, Governments, captains of industry, organisations and well-wishers at home and abroad are hereby respectfully invited to partner with us in this noble venture and donate generously towards the cost of the same.
